Day to day happenings at the Prayer Vigil March 4, 2009
Imam Habeeb Alli of the Canadian Council of Imams led us in noon time prayer. He recited verses from the Quran. And reminded us that we all need to look after one another. Giving to charity and to the less fortunate is called zakah and is a requirement of Islam. Other faith members also shared their prayers with us.
